All prices shown are per room per night and include VAT at 17.5%.The booking can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Within this period full cancellation charges will apply

Individual Bookings

We will require details of a valid credit card in order to guarantee your booking with the hotel. No money will be charged at the point of booking, but you will be responsible for any non-arrival or late cancellation charges.

Group Bookings

Expotel Hotel reservations will require prepayment on all group bookings, details of which will be forwarded to you shortly after your confirmation. (The number of rooms for a group booking varies from hotel to hotel).
Different terms and cancellation deadlines will apply depending on the policy of the hotel.
The full terms and conditions of the selected hotel will be notified to you at the time of booking and you will be required to complete a specific booking form offering various choices of pre-payment from credit card to bank transfer/cheque, etc.

All credit card transactions will be subject to a 2½% surcharge.
